Complex Home Support
Judgment-free help for overwhelming homes, chronic clutter, life transitions, and homes that have become difficult to manage.
We work slowly, respectfully, and collaboratively to create homes that feel calmer, safer, and easier to live in— whether that means a one-time reset, gradual support, or ongoing maintenance visits.
Working With Families, Healthcare Professionals, and Community Supports
We regularly collaborate with:
• families supporting loved ones
• social workers and case managers
• occupational therapists
• mental health professionals
• healthcare teams
• senior support services
• community organizations
We understand that referrals require trust. Our goal is to help create homes that are safer, more functional, and easier to live in while preserving dignity, autonomy, and client choice.
While referrals are not required to access our services, we welcome direct referrals and collaborative care.
What We Mean by “Complex Homes”
Sometimes homes become difficult to manage because life becomes difficult to manage.
This can happen after:
illness or disability
burnout or overwhelm
grief or depression
ADHD or executive dysfunction
major life transitions
caring for children or aging parents
years of accumulated backlog
trauma or chronic stress
Some clients need help resetting a home that slowly became overwhelming. Others are navigating severe clutter, hoarding behaviors, or long-term organizational challenges. Many projects happen gradually over weeks or months. Progress matters more than speed, and we work at a pace that feels manageable.
We work with everything from mildly overwhelming homes to severe home conditions and meet clients where they are.
Our Approach
We believe sustainable change happens when people feel safe, respected, and included in the process. Our clients keep anything they want, without pressure.
We do not argue with clients about their wishes. We do not shame people for how their home reached this point.
Instead, we focus on:
restoring functional daily living spaces
reducing overwhelm through visible progress
creating kitchens, bathrooms, and pathways that are easier to use safely
organizing systems that are realistic to maintain
supporting clients at a manageable pace
building momentum through achievable goals
making space for comfort, dignity, and joy
For some clients, success means a fully reset home. For others, success means restoring safe kitchen access, creating usable bathrooms, reducing fall hazards, creating clear pathways, or simply creating enough breathing room to function again.
Some clients work with us for a short period. Others choose ongoing maintenance visits to help maintain progress and reduce overwhelm long-term.
What visits can include:
Assessing highest impact areas
sorting and categorizing
laundry reset
dishes and kitchen recovery
garbage removal coordination
deep cleaning
creating usable pathways
bathroom restoration
maintenance visits
paperwork sorting
donation drop-offs
judgment-free companionship while working
planning future projects
Please don’t prepare for us, we don’t want to miss any of the fun.
